FEBRUARY INCENTIVE:
Show your teacher some love With a $50 Gift Card
In honor of Valentine’s Day, each class will have the opportunity to win a $50 gift card to a Royal Oak restaurant for their teacher. 3 gift cards will be awarded to three teachers, with the winning teacher
getting first pick between one of the three participating restaurants.
Here is how it works:
1. This month we are basing our contest on classroom PARTICIPATION. So, if the class has 25 students and 15 place an order, that class has a participation rate of 60%. The 3 classrooms with the highest percentages win.
2. A qualifying order has to be $25 or more
3. If you have multiple children, your order will count for both/all classrooms
4. You must have a child at Northwood. Although we greatly appreciate their continued support, all orders placed by family or friends will not count toward the participation rate or sales $ for this contest.
5. If there is a tie, the winner will be determined by the average sales $ per student
6. If it becomes a contest based on sales $ (since 100% participation is the cap), please note that you can add to your order on www.marketday.com anytime until the cut-off date and time.
7. All orders must be placed online at www.marketday.com by Tuesday, February 5th at noon.
For all first time customers, please enter #16081 as our school code to ensure that your sales are credited to Northwood Elementary.
You can pay either by credit or debit card online, or by cash or check during pickup on Monday, February 11th.

*Each of the Least favorite items received only 1 vote. I, for one, love the Fruit Singles and French Breadsticks, so there is some measure of personal preference. Remember, those items listed in the Favorite column received MULTIPLE votes so they should be safe bets for all of you new to the program.
MARKET DAY INFORMATION: Market Day is a fundraiser used by our school to fund various programs supported by the PTA. This year, our goal is to raise $3,135
for the many programs that benefit our children throughout the year. You can choose from a wide selection of over 180 high quality foods at competitive prices, many
of which are not available in your grocery store. Products range from butcher shop meats and poultry to easy family meals, delicious appetizers and gourmet desserts.
With this fundraiser, you can either visit the Market Day website at www.marketday.com or look at the paper order form that is sent home with your child’s notes.
An order made online (benefited to # 16081- Northwood Elementary) can be paid with credit or debit card online OR cash or check on the date of delivery.
If you are using a paper order form, just turn the form into the office by the deadline date and it will be ordered for you.
Please check this website or the various flyers sent home for the order deadline and pick-up dates.
YEAR LONG INCENTIVE: Anyone who orders Market Day, in ANY month, will automatically be entered into a drawing to receive FREE DELIVERY FOR THE REMAINDER OF THE YEAR.
In addition, your name will remain in the pool until you are picked, or the year is over, whichever comes first. So, if you order in September and are not chosen,
then you order again in October, you will have two names in the pot. The more times you order, the higher chance you have of being picked. One name will be drawn each month.
This should be especially helpful with the loss of our parking lot this year. In addition, your order will be packed in your own insulated Market Day
bag to keep your food nice and cold until it reaches your door. Just return the bag to me anytime before the next pick-up date for continued use.
The only catch is that you have to prepay your order online or have a check to me before the pick-up date. That’s it.

Great for a quick and delicious breakfast that your kids will love. Just heat and serve. Enjoy with a sprinkle of powdered sugar or drizzle them with syrup.
