Spanish

TBD
Contact Me

Royal Oak Schools offers Spanish to all students 1st – 5th grade. Learning Spanish is a fun way to increase your ability to communicate in an increasingly diverse community. Studies prove that students who learn a foreign language before puberty have an easier time acquiring the language. At this point in life, the brain is better able to make the connections necessary for second language acquisition. For this reason, it is vital to start learning at a young age. Our students receive Spanish instruction two times per week for 25 minutes. We use songs, books, games, and interactive activities to get students actively engaged in learning Spanish.
