PTA President Needed for ‘24-’25 School Year
As the PTA President, you will have the opportunity to lead a dynamic and supportive community of parents, teachers, and staff. This is a key role and you will play a pivotal role in driving the mission and goals of our PTA.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with parents, teachers, and staff 
- Oversee and organize PTA meetings and events 
- Collaborate with the school administration to support the needs of the student body 
- Develop and implement fundraising strategies to meet annual goals 
- Advocate for the needs of students and families within the school and wider community 
- Lead executive board meetings and actively engage with board members 
- Develop and maintain a positive and inclusive PTA culture 
Requirements:
- Prior experience in a leadership role, ideally within a PTA or similar organization 
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills 
- Strong organizational and time management abilities 
- Ability to work collaboratively with diverse stakeholders 
- Familiarity with fundraising strategies and event planning 
- Passion for education and the well-being of students 
- Flexibility to attend meetings and events
